To register for a session, simply click on the small circle before the title to ADD to your schedule, and you are enrolled. Your selections are automatically saved. Please note, you must have a pass in order to register.
Your schedule may be changed or modified as long as a session still has availability. Class registration closes on Monday, February 19 at 5pm, PST. This means if you do not make it into the workshop by February 19th, you will need to select a different workshop.

But for many, as we lay back at the end of our practice, our mind is going over our “to do” list and our restless body refuses to settle. Help is on the way! Join us to learn:
-6 key conditions your body needs to blissfully surrender -how to precisely support your body to stimulate the relaxation response -why Shavasana is the most important pose in your yoga practice -4 Shavasana variations and how they therapeutically support specific conditions -how working with the Koshas can turn an ordinary Shavasana into a deeply blissful experience
This workshop is suitable for both teachers and students.
