The Bhakti Toolbox: The Gifts of the Gita
Limited Capacity seats available

The Bhagavad Gita, composed well over two thousand years ago, is a practical guide for living and an awareness of its teachings is one of the greatest yogic tools available to us. The dialogue between Arjuna and Krishna is as valid today as when it was first written, and contains a virtual treasure trove of wisdom and spiritual insight, including an in-depth description of Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of devotion. The lessons and teachings found in this timeless story are the 'Gifts' of the Gita. In this experiential and interactive workshop, Rob and Melissa will share a few of the Bhagavad Gita's most important ideas and themes and together we will explore practical ways to apply these concepts to our day-to-day lives and our yoga practice.

‘Gifts of the Gita’ is ideal for:
*Those wishing to deepen their understanding of Bhakti Yoga
*Anyone wanting an introduction to the Bhagavad Gita
*Lovers of the Gita who would like to explore the teachings in a group setting
