Yoga to Soothe Vata: Discover Your Lucid Winter
Limited Capacity seats available

Vata was meant to be the most lucid, light, and inspired season of life. Yet, when it is out of balance, we experience anxiety, fretting, future planning, flitting from one thing to the next, and restlessness. Vata is soothed by practices such as headstand and shoulderstand, as well as pranayama that cultivate descending (grounding) energy, and chanting that opens the upper vayus. We will use specific sequencing to create stable, healthy, and sustainable headstand and shoulderstand poses. Please have prior experience with both and no significant neck injuries.
